Paula Land has been Director of Student Ministries at FBC since 2005. I grew up on a farm and lived in Dent County most of my life. I have two daughters, two son-in-laws, and five grandkids. Feel free to ask me about my Grandkids, I also have pictures.

Our family loves to go camping, boating, kayaking, fishing, and all the outdoor stuff. One of my favorite things in ministry includes Camp JOY where we take 100 + kids and youth camping for a week. I have loved this season in ministry where “my students” when I began, are now having kids, and I am getting to see them raise their kids in church.

My favorite bible verse I find has changed from time to time, I find this verse in Hebrews 4:12 “For the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two edged sword,” to be so true. God’s word is living and active and changing me, even though it’s unchanging.
